Beach Retreat is located along Scenic Gulf Drive, next to Maravilla Resort. Beach chairs/umbrella service and watersports are on the beach.

Sorry, no vacationing students, no smoking, no pets, no damage, no theft.
Reservation Policy: We are family oriented and will not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under age 25). A security/ reservation deposit of $350 is required and due upon booking a reservation. This deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure of rental unit providing there is no smoking, no pets, no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Rate does not include 11.5% tax, $115 exit cleaning fee and $50 processing fee. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by personal check. Reservations made on short notice require a bank's cashier's check for deposit and rental payment. We do not accept credit cards. Cancellation policy: A $100 cancellation fee plus 11.5% FL tax and the $50 non-refundable processing fee plus 11.5% FL tax will be required on all canceled reservations. The reservation/security deposit (minus the cancellation fee, processing fee, and FL tax) is refunded when proper notice has been given via phone or in writing and it has been acknowledged by Mara Lee Vacation Rentals. Daily and weekly reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be canceled 90 days prior to arrival or the full amount of the reservation/security deposit is forfeited. Please note: If the reservation is not canceled within these time limits, then you will incur not only the cancellation fee, non-refundable processing fee and FL tax, but, will also forfeit the reservation/security deposit.

Strict no smoking and no pets policy. No refund of rent for late arrival or early departure.

Weekly rentals required for Spring Break and Summer season. Off season requires a 4 night minimum stay.
